Fōrge is the official home of Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu Puerto Rico, offering a structured, principle-driven approach to Jiu-Jitsu for adults, kids, and athletes.
Training will take place on a 1,200 sq ft mat space, offering Gi and No-Gi classes following curriculums designed to build technical skill, confidence, and long-term growth in a calm and safe environment.
Whether you're new to the mats or training with performance in mind, our programs are built to help you progress with intention.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Fōrge delivers a structured, performance-based strength system designed to build strength, improve movement, and support long-term athletic development.
Through guided coaching, efficient weekly programming, and minimal equipment, members train with purpose—both in-club and online—while reducing injury risk and improving performance on and off the mats.
RECOVERY SPACE
Fōrge is building a dedicated recovery experience designed to support performance, health, and longevity.
Our recovery offering will include scheduled sauna and cold plunge sessions, available to both members and non-members, as part of a structured and intentional recovery environment.
